Who we are

Our StoryThrough the Years.

Your Impact Matters (YIM) is a non profit, non partisan, organization registered as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) under the NGO coordination act (1990) in 1993. YIM was started as a relief organization during the 1985 drought that led to widespread famine in the whole of Kenya, but later changed its focus to developmental activities. Since then, YIM has experienced both growth and development in quantitative and qualitative terms on its activities and human capital investments. Currently YIMS programmes are coordinated from the Head Office in Nairobi, with field offices in all Regions of Kenya. We believe in creating opportunities, nurturing talents, and driving change that transforms lives and builds a better future for Africa.
